Catharsis[defined by me]:) a feeling beyond your own, everyone should indulge in, the moment your soul truly connects with an art form/piece. The world has been speaking to me through art lately, I no longer think of words but yet objects or faces. The world and I are connecting on a new level and the daily dosage has been intoxicating. Prescribed by me, offered to everyone.

Think of your absolute favorite place in the world, the one environment you could never get sick of. Hold onto it, re-create parts of it. Close your eyes and become it. It is healthy to have somewhere to go, especially when it feels like your life is falling apart.

I look forward to them all week. I love spending time in a family environment and unexpectedly found myself this week in my favorite Sunday situation. Seriously...who can't love every second of that? Here are a few things you unfortunately missed out on:

Dear Scooby,
I've stared at you long enough. I finally am convinced you're there, in the flesh. My very own scooter. I now can picture how lovely our life will be together.We'll save the world, one economically friendly gas tank at a time. Even Hairy Chest sang sweet songs of goodness in your direction, so pretty much consider yourself loved...dearly.
