Illegal ivory poaching is decimating the wild elephant herds throughout Africa leaving in its bloody wake scores of orphaned baby African Elephants. The DSWT rescues these orphans and raises them until they can be returned back into the wild.  Watch this video to learn more about the DSWT's mission to save these orphans!

So many times, one wonders how they can have an impact on a HUGE problem, half a world away.  Because of this, people may not act at all because they don’t feel like any one person can make a difference.  After visiting Africa and spending time at an elephant sanctuary, I’ve found a way to help out the orphaned baby elephants while bringing awareness to the ever growing illegal ivory poaching crisis that is endangering the majestic African Elephant.  With each sale of Orphan Ellie Foster Necklaces, foster funds are raised and directly sent to the DSWT-Orphan Elephant Project to foster the orphaned baby elephants in their care.
