Zach Gallifianakis, Acting and "Spookified"

My goal of writing on Sunday's is a poor choice. Sunday used to be my favorite day of the week, unfortunately, I'm often depressed on Sundays lately. I'm filled with anxiety of the next work week, I think of everything I wanted to get done but couldn't and my own thoughts have a way of poisoning my happy attitude. Honestly, last week was AMAZING but I worry that I won't be able to express my joyful moments as accurately right now because of my dreary disposition.

Last Sunday, Dave and I were invited to have dinner with Renny and Casey McDaniel. To give you background on them, my mother's childhood best friend is Casey's mother. Casey and Linda were on Cougarettes together. The families have history. We had a blast. At social gatherings, I often find myself shocked at the things that Dave says because he is HILARIOUS. Believe me, he's hilarious at home too but it's a different kind of funny and he often relies on shock value. It feels good to have a friend, though it is slightly forced since I actually stole this friend from my sister. Oh well.

I feel like so many things happened on Monday. I got threatened by a homeless man who followed me for two blocks, only a few hours later I was asked to model for another homeless man overly excited for the Columbus day parade, I got lost....more than once, I gave directions (hopefully that young soul got to the right destination,) I finally made friends with the mean lesbian, I got special access to go inside of a special weapons shop, I peeked my head into a gorgeous wild horse photo gallery, I almost lost my subway card without any money over an hour away in walking time from my work, I found myself standing right next to Zach Gallifianakis on the subway and I had my first TV show premiere on the travel channel.

Tuesday, I mainly worked on homework. I found out that I basically have a month to be completely be done with that class and it makes me more and more anxious as each day passes. So I mainly did that and tried to distract myself from being hungry all of the time (I started a new diet and I'm hungry all of the time.) Kylee, my dear dear dear childhood friend contacted me as well and asked me if I'd photograph her wedding! I was ecstatic! I have dreamt about being involved with her wedding specifically since I was a very little girl (she used to be my next door neighbor, it's not that weird.) However, she lives in Oregon and is getting married the weekend before Christmas. I'm going to make it happen, I HAVE to be there! The new plan is Dave is going to drive home (please don't die dave) and I fly to Oregon. Then, I'll ride home with the Smith Family just in time for Christmas Eve. This plan is potentially very flawed but with prayers, hopefully I'll see Dave before Christmas.

Wednesday was production......ahhhhhhhh.....production rolls off the tongue.......the hardest yet most rewarding part of filmmaking.....oooooooooooooohhhhhh. Yea, I love production with all of my heart. The more I pretend I don't, the more I realize that I make the most friends during production, I feel more satisfied with my life right after production and that it really is the heart of why I do what I do. I never get a good nights rest before a day of production, it's a mixture of nervous and excited energy that keeps me tossing and turning. It wasn't so bad because calltime was at 11am but I was well aware that I'd be out until at least midnight (man, I wish I got paid for my 15 hour days....that would rock.) We headed out to Sparta for 207, a script I am very familiar with since I transcribed the police report about the story. I also find myself drifting towards art department all of the time, I've worked with Coco on some Art department things back at BYU and since then Andrea (my Sundance bud) was an Art-Dog and now Taylor is a new friend. My ideal dream is to become a cinematographer for documentaries or an AC for fiction so I should probably start migrating to that side of the room. The house we went to had a HUGE DOG, with a droopy face, her name was Cleopatra and if she snuck inside, it was impossible to pull her back outside. As soon as lunch hit (6pm) I don't know what happened but I felt extremely happy and comfortable around everyone. I guess that was translated to them as "I want to be an extra in this episode" because they put me dead center of a party scene and a group of friends out in the middle of the woods. If you happen to see me on TV in the future, know that I'm WELL AWARE I'M NOT GOOD AT ACTING. While shooting in the woods, I thought it was hilarious how afraid everyone that bears were going to come eat us all. I know that Jersey has an oddly high amount of bears but do you really think that if a bear heard a lot of noise and saw a lot of bright lights that the bear would think hey, I should go eat those people? I don't. Regardless, Alan was practicing his ninja skills with a stick and we all said we'd leave Taylor behind since he had raccoon fur down the outside of his jacket. On the way back, I realized that I have never been in the city this late (nighttime hours scare me in big cities) and also that if I missed my bus at 11:45 there wouldn't be another bus until 12:45. We got back to the office at 11:41 and I decided to run for it (it averages 12 minutes walking to get from the bus stop to my work.) Everything was against me, the lights were timed poorly, the escalator was broken and as I ran up to the stop the bus was pulling out but I didn't run that hard for nothing so I ran through the door and ran in front of the bus to make it stop and let me on. It was a miracle.

Thursday I ran all 5.25 miles I had made the goal to do.

Friday wasn't bad but it seems that any day I spend mostly in the office, I'm just don't feel like I've accomplished anything. I almost booked a flight? I made some scans? I taped some receipts to paper? I wish I liked office jobs better. That night Dave and I got laughing so hard, I don't even know what it was about really but my abs hurt and I cried a ton from too much laughter. It was a jolly good time.

Saturday we went to the farmers market (very hippie) and then wandered around Montclair. They have a rockin' bookstore and we went to the halloween store to get some ideas of what we could be this year. Although, how much of an old lady am I? My top two costumes on my list are "I Love Lucy" or  Wilma Flinstone. The costume shop must have been the spark of the rest of the evening because we got Halloween CARAZY. We were going to carve our pumpkin but realized that Maja was probably saving to carve her pumpkin so that she can carve it with us so we waited. Instead we went onto pinterest and found other ways to decorate the house. Faces on doors, faces on microwaves, mummies on the knife block, hands on the toilet paper dispenser and a spooky sign on the bathroom door. To top it off, we watched The Sixth Sense (Dave's first time) and Hocus Pocus (it's twenty years old this year!)

Church was fine today. When we got home, the Williams had "spookified" our downstairs for us. We appreciate it greatly. We went to Maja's soccer game, it was intense. Soccer for 11-year olds  is a big deal here.

I believe in film production

Central Park, Van Gogh and The Met

This week started very busy with a 16 hour shoot at Lake Hopatcong for Frenemies. It was a really good day. I got to be an extra once again, although they only casted me because I was the only one who could pull of 15 years old. I also don't think I fit in with that crowd but I guess you'll see that. One of the highlights is that I got to tell the toughest actor on the crew that he didn't get all of the lipstick off of his lips.
This dog had SO much energy. It was ridiculous. He ripped up the whole dock before we were finished shooting. We were shooting a robbery scene and the dog thought the "bad guy" actor was in trouble and tried to save him. We had to distract him for the other takes.

This is a shot of the director letting the actors know what feeling she hopes they will portray for this scene.
At the end of the evening, I noticed the Empire state building had pink blue and yellow for lights. I looked it up but I don't remember what it was for.
I went on a lot of runs for the office on Wednesday, this was one of the shots. I guess I thought this was more important than taking a picture of the lady who just swam from florida to Cuba because I walked past that event too but had no idea why they had a swimming pool in the middle of the road.
This was another one of those odd phenomenons that go on in the city. We had just walked past a farmers market and a statue of columbus when hundreds of skateboarder came by. This was the end of it, the whole street was literally packed.
We got to go to the temple. It comes out of no where because you don't expect it in the middle of the city.
I fell in love with Central Park. It bugged Dave that I stopped so much to take pictures but I seriously had to.
Notice this strip of land? I've seen it in so many different movies but I first thought of the cover of When Harry Met Sally. We also visited the park featured in Ghostbusters.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art....so lovely. Seriously, so lovely.
Dave on the Met steps: Repping it Hitch and Gossip Girl style. xoxo.
Van Gogh self portrait. I loved every thing I saw in this museum. It is so worth it.
So we try and watch movies that are based in New York (believe me, there are so many) and this inspired us to finish off the week watching Ghost Town. Since there's a famous scene from it right in this exact spot. Plus, it's a hilarious movie, check it out.

Presentations on Cellphones

I'm sad that I missed quite the convincing presentation by: Maja Williams. But I think I got the idea of it, look at the front page:
The first paragraph begins:
"Today I chose to focus on LOL. A term used when we are texting. This phrase means laugh out loud. It apparently is used a lot but I don't know that because I don't text because my mom won't get me a stinking phone."

A Crazy Man Named David and General Conference

I know, I missed my Sunday update but it's for good reason. To think we got to go to Oneonta for General conference is still a huge surprise. I don't know how we made that happen but it was needed. Just getting out of the busy of the city. So I spent the early days of the week researching and fact checking a crazy man named David. It really creeped me out actually because he was a real person and I can't say much more than that or you'll be able to look up how creepy he was too.

At night, I spent studying for my test that I was planning on taking Thursday morning so we could rush to Oneonta after that. I called Montclair University on Thursday morning to make sure it got there and it didn't. I also found out that to take a test there is 30/per hour. I've never been a fast or good test taker so this was a huge setback for me. I didn't know what to do, I got so anxious that I paced for hours biting my nails. I ended up deciding to send it back to BYU because it's only 15 bucks but this means that I will have waited for a whole month to take this test and I'm worried about finishing the entire class before November 26. They should have included that somewhere on the website where I requested the test the price, because that wasn't fair. I've already paid double the amount for this class than anyone at BYU currently has had to.

For General Conference I always write out 5 questions about my life that I could use some help with. This year I felt like I had a million questions but I somehow consolidated them into 5. It may not work for everyone but every-time I do this and intently listen, my questions are answered. Every. Time.

Without getting too specific, here are the main topics of my questions:
1 starting a family
2 school/work/spirit daily life
3 doubt
4  value of womanhood
5 mental/emotional illnesses

I received comfort to each of these:
1 Quentin L Cook, Henry B. Eyring and Dallin H. Oaks all addressed this for me.

2  Dallin H Oaks spoke on our priorities, Quentin L. Cook and I think it was Bednar that talked about tithing blessing in small and simple ways. Also, Packer inspired me in a way that I can be closer to the Lord and I know what I need to do now.

3 I don't doubt the church. I have been blessed to be around a lot of doubt here on the east coast which at first was really scary and uncomfortable. I've written pages and pages in my journal to walk myself through wrapping my head around everything I hear and the main thing you need to know is that I feel closer to God now than I ever have and that is in part of the exposure to doubt. How Dieter F. Uchtdorf approached the subject shocked me (read it all,) I don't know if they've addressed doubt before because I never really listened for it but he reached inside of my soul.

Certain phrases that stuck out to me in conference about doubt that I wrote down: "The church would only be perfect if it is run by perfect beings."-Dieter "Doubt your doubts before you doubt your faith." -Dieter "When in doubt, look up." Adrian Ochoa "We will emerge victorious." President Monson and we sang "We Thank Thee O God for a Prophet"

4 Don't think I'm a crowd follower on this one either. I have a lot of thoughts on this subject but I'd love to discuss it in a more private matter. After making that documentary on my grandmother, I feel that we have a much stronger sex than we allow ourselves to think. It's never bad to hear about the potential of your gender and I felt comfort from:  D. Todd Christofferson spoke on Eunice the mother of Timothy, the influence of good women, our most fulfilling job on this earth and the innate moral power of women. Quentin L. Cook and Neil A Anderson also spoke on this subject addressing that the priesthood is not just for men.

5 Let me start off by saying that the week before, Dave and I were sitting in Sunday school when we were asked "Which prophet is your favorite prophet?" We heard a lot of people say, "David O McKay" "Gordon B Hinkley" "Thomas S Monson" and I whispered to Dave "George Albert Smith." Why? He was the first prophet filmed, he focused his life on loving those around him and I connect with everything I hear about him.
As for General Conference, I thought that in no way the topic of emotional illness would be addressed. People don't like to hear about it and people don't like to admit they have it. Jeffery R. Holland focused around this topic. Read/Listen to this talk in it's entirety. If you don't suffer from an illness I guarantee someone you know does and this will still be very important for you to know. Particular things that stuck out to me were: "Believe in miracles, hope is never lost." Rest. Then, he brought up my favorite prophet George Albert Smith. I didn't know that George suffered from severe depression, someone so loving and in the eyes of many was so successful and he even had depression. He didn't have the medicine or the therapists and he never committed suicide. See? That much more of a reason he is my favorite. I believe President Monson touched on the subject when he said, "I will not fail thee or forsake thee." And I don't remember who said it but they were talking about liberty jail and quoted my favorite scripture, D&C 121:7-9.

If you don't believe in the church, that's okay. Don't think I'm dumb if I do.

When I was Miss Provo

I've been in quite a few parades, no surprise there (with my mothers city council) but did you know I actually was a beauty queen in a parade once?.....when I actually was supposed to be in a nerdy marching band in the same parade?

Well you see, a window of opportunity arose that I knew was once in a lifetime. My sister was Miss Provo in 2006 and none of her attendants could come to a parade that year. So I graciously offered my services. I called in sick to my band teacher, found a pageant dress of Erika's that fit me and invited Ronald McDonald. Little did I know that the Provo marching band would be right in front of my float so my cover was blown but I spent the whole parade pretending I was supposed to be there.A few perks to being the sister of a pageant girl I suppose.
I have better proof in a storage unit in Provo. If you're willing to wait.

Death

I don't know how to deal with death in a healthy way.

I usually end up running away or avoiding it until everything piles up to ultimate depression. I don't like posting about it on social media websites because of it's self-serving nature. I try not to think about it because I worry and stress and then feel guilty if I ever feel happiness. I want them to know I love them, notice their good character and they have truly touched my soul. In the end, it was never about me in the first place.

Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and Ground Zero

This week started out rough. I felt dark and empty so I skimmed. I lived to the bare minimum to get by without being insincerely enthusiastic or pessimistic. Thank goodness that drool of a routine died down.  I do feel required to include less than perfect feelings in writings about my personal life because I'm not perfect, I fully recognize that, so I shouldn't ONLY present myself as a happy and up beat person. Especially since talking through my emotions helps me dominate them. Do recognize though that it STARTED in a negative way and ended by far has exceeding it's expectation.
Took this shot on my phone while running with Champ

Though I may be allergic to our furry friend, having a dog in the house really lifts my spirits. You cannot help but smile when you walk into the door and the dog is ecstatic enough to run around the whole house, jump on top of you to lick you and then make one more lap (all when it's bum is wiggling back and forth ferociously.) Champ and my relationship grew a ton this week. Every dog that I've gotten extremely close to has been able to read my emotion in a truly beneficial way. Dogs listen and know exactly the next steps in getting you out of the gutter. They let you know they are close, they keep your feet warm, they run with you. I cannot wait for him to return on monday.
This was one of the police reports in work, doesn't he look like Bruce Willis?

Work, which I usually love, was hard for another reason. One of the shows I have to work on is about two best friends killing each other and it seems cheesy but having to write word for word the gory details really weighs heavily on an individual. I get squeamish too so whenever I felt that twinge I got up and let the blood flow for a bit. Both Wednesday and Friday were spent doing that so it didn't help the attitude issues. I got back into running and it's so therapeutic for me. Champ doesn't like the way I run, he doesn't understand  if he is supposed to sprint or walk but apparently those are the only two exercises he's familiar with. This allows him to push me though to go farther and faster than my average pace.

I have an obsession with carousels as of late.
I've had a lot of inspiration from odd sources too. Random vimeo films, blogposts of people pouring out their souls in such depth, documentaries meant to scare me, a long talk with former LDS members, a conference on usually uncomfortable topics, a friend sent home unexpectedly...etc. I thought I would sit down and I could provide you a step by step list on how to rid yourself of doubts, or how to empathize with women in the world (yea, it kind of is a problem but don't think I'm an extreme) or how to treat loved ones who leave your belief system behind but I don't know. Everything is more "to each your own" than I originally thought. While I do want to write some thoughts that I have been happening because I think people can relate to things I have learned. I have not yet found an approach without sounding preachy preachy. Meanwhile, I'm going to continue to: Love deeply. Enjoy my locale. Listen. Live life for me.

We have a new nephew. His name is Franklin. Since I can't visit the babe, I liked this street we walked on.

Is this a flattering picture of me? No. But I was happy to be there so sue me.
This was at ground zero. There was a reverence surrounding it. A peace. A refuge.
We went into the city together yesterday (Fri, Sept. 28) and really got to explore a new area of town. Hitting SoHo, the Brooklyn Bridge, that cool huge red cube, the financial district, some form of Ocktoberfest, and Ground Zero. I have some bomb awesome pictures on my 5D Mark ii but it takes a lot for me to want to plug it into my computer for some reason. I like having my pictures with me, reminding me that we both have a little secret. We are trying to go to Oneonta this weekend. We don't really have it in the budget but it is needed, our little European sanctuary in the woods, away from the chaos would be so helpful.

Upstate and a purple bar in Chinatown

Sometimes I wake up to find Dave like this. Extremely happy with a book in hand. Upstate has a European feel to it because it's very moist, overcast and has a chill to it in early September.
This is located in a forest just behind Kim's house. Check out the website www.feslerfilms.wordpress.com to see more pictures from our trip to Oneonta and Cooperstown. Leaving was very difficult. Oneonta really felt like a sanctuary and has a completely different feel than the area we're usually at. Less...crowded if you know what I mean. We are excited to return to Oneonta anytime we are in need of perspective or escape from the daily downs.
I often arrive very early to the city. The day I arrived and took this picture, I was a whole hour before call time so I just walked in all the surrounding areas. It's very gorgeous to just walk, feel the morning air and contemplate how to best go about the day.
During the shoot, I was in charge of a lot of runs. Which I really loved in some ways because I have never been to Chinatown so I really got to know that area a lot better than I ever think I would've in another case. I guess they hold the Italian festival there, see the empire state in the background? That shows in correlation to where I was earlier that morning. Also, this is one of the locations that is featured in the film Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Our shoot was at one of the neatest looking bars that I have ever been to located in Chinatown. I fell in love with this room. It had huge purple couches! At lunch, I came downstairs to see that the fog had formed in a peculiar area around the drum set. I felt like it gave the room a residue of what had just happened.

On another run during the shoot, I found this in the Italian festival. I particularly liked that you can see the sign in Chinese in the background.
I was in charge of the making the lights go crazy while they all danced in front of the camera. I enjoyed this duty.
For date night we came to this particular ice cream parlor because it was where the last scene of the Sopranos was filmed. It also happens to be where my bus stop is too.
I liked that you could see this monument and the statue of liberty at the same time. I have more pictures from that trip but I will load them later.
I loved this view from Liberty state park.
This is my typical husband, he's hilarious. The main thing I remember from the weekend day trip was laughing...and that's such a good sign.

National Geographic and Broadway

Monday was Dave's birthday, yipee! I had to work all day, Boo. I went to a movie with him since that was his only request from me that day, it ended up being so much better than I thought it would be.

Tuesday, the original plan was to go to the statue of Liberty and then try to win the lottery for a broadway play. It was supposed to rain so we decided not to become a lightning target, went into the city seeking old book stores, exploring 30 Rockefeller, NBC studios until we quite easily got tickets to a broadway play titled "First Date" starring Zachary Levi (an old COW of mine.)

On Wednesday I got to work with National Geographic. It was so much fun it barely felt like work. I basically was in charge of finding an interesting climatologist or storm chaser. I found out so much stuff  on how to survive a tornado or a hurricane. I also found out: 95 people commit suicide a day (that's 1 person every fifteen minutes,) a famous storm chaser died this last May in a tornado in Oklahoma, Stu from the Weather Channel only got into weather because he was severely afraid of thunderstorms growing up and there is a real disease where people have severe phobia of natural disasters. Some of my sisters may say I have that disease.

Thursday was a relaxing day, we ran in the rain. We were in charge of making dinner (hopefully that went over well, they at least pretended to like it.) We unpacked officially. We smurfed with friends back home. I did Maddie's make-up for a fashion show....if you feel like calling me to motivate me to do my class, that would be SO good. I cannot find it in me to do the class and it has to be done in two months. That's terrifying.

Friday I went to work, learned about the Mafia and a cool iPhone security system and then rushed home because we were going to my dear sister KIMBERLY NOORLANDER's house (+ family.) It's only a three hour drive but it was a little spooky considering we had come from a city with houses stacked on each other to the dense forest of upstate NY. It was very dark, very different and had a feeling of Halloween already.

Saturday, we went to Cooperstown New York which is the famous baseball capital of the world. We also went to an apple orchard, got cozy hot chocolate, played some Disney Sorry and went to town eating Thai food. Very cozy, very Noorlander like. We love it here and that we're so close to them.

Today we went to church and then came back a tad bit early to get ready to surprise Dave for his birthday with his favorite foods. On the way home Dave found a kitten that all of the kids fell in love with and forgot to run inside before Dave could go inside. So Dave walked inside and was just confused since he didn't know anyone had a birthday near his birthday but his own personal brownie dish reassured him that it was a celebration in memorandum for him. They have a great trail in the back, I don't know if I've seen anything so beautiful in my life. Basically, it was very eventful, I loved this whole week, I want to remember it but it probably seems dry since I'm writing it all down as fast as I can.

Week 2 in NYou

Dave and I are trying to pick up tennis because it seems like an east coast thing to do. Though sometimes I feel like Serena Williams after a good hit, I realize fully that our usual response from observers are laughing or being pointed at during whispers. Sometimes our tennis fiasco's just turn into what is described best in this status:
"I thought I was hearing the songs of humpback whales coming from the TV in the other room. I looked over expecting to see a nature documentary and instead found women's tennis."-Jonathan Struhs

Atlas Media Corp has been amazing, I really opened up this week. I transcribed mostly on Wednesday but on Friday they asked if I wanted to go on production which I responding in a resounding YES (trying hard not to seem too desperate.) I was going to try and do mainly post work while I was here to see if I want to stick with post-production but I can't seem to run away from my love of production work.

On Friday, I had to get up at 5am to catch the 6am bus (4am Utah time.) I know it usually takes some time to get used to a new crew so I focused in the morning to try and remember everything I learned about reading people from Sundance. This is the big leagues, seeing as I was working with the Discovery Channel (ID to be specific) and I was quite nervous that this would make or break whether or not I'd be able to do production at this company again. I think it went really well! It is so much easier for me to thrive and be myself while doing production work than in any other situation in my life. I feel so weird saying that because I don't want to seem like I'm full of myself.

It's hard when you're the new one because you don't know if it would be best to hang out around production just in case anyone needs anything or if you'd be in the way. I took a risk and stuck on set. I'm an extra in one of the scenes and I feel like I must of been somewhat approachable because it was surprisingly easy to talk with everyone on set. The best part of my day is when I accidentally overheard the director tell the AD that they want to request me to come on production with them whenever possible. Also, it was very flattering when they said to me at the end of the night, "you've been such an asset on set. Thank you so much for your hard work! If you find yourself not doing anything tomorrow, you are welcome to join us again!"

I would have taken them up on that offer but my sleep schedule has been really whack. I'll sleep 3 hours for 4 nights in a row and then over 12 hours the next night. I don't recommend this method. This problem has only happened to me once in another time of my life and I felt like it was caused by extreme anxiety.

We have a dog in the house, whom I absolutely adore. He'll come wake me up in the mornings and snuggle me when I'm finishing a book. Unfortunately, I am also very allergic to him. I will not let this stand in my way of the new friend but I do have to figure out the runny nose.

We don't know which ward we are supposed to go to. The first week we went to a branch which was very small but I really liked the French speaking. This week we tried the other ward in the district, which was much larger and has Casey Brey McDaniel is in it! At first, I reverted back to my 13 year old self and felt like running away but Dave forced me to say hello and she recognized me immediately.

Tomorrow is Dave's birthday. We live in a birthday celebratory household so I'm a little nervous about it.

Katie and Brent

Hey look! It's our couple friends, (our only couple friends but we really wish we had more) and they finally tied the knot!
These two are hilarious, I loved doing their wedding video. I lost a bet. In a good way though, three years ago Dave bet me that Brent would marry the first person he kissed (not in a play) and I took that bet...and lost but I'm so happy that he found Katie. They are perfect for each other.

My first week

I was fifteen when I first decided to move to NYC. I bet you can guess but it was With the same friend that I planned to visit France with, Jess p. our original plan for New York was much more sketchy than my gig now. We were going to rent an apartment for Six months, work at walmart or a bar and enjoy the city. well, she went to live in africa instead. As a matter of fact, all three of us in that group no longer live in Utah for the time being. I've already had a google hangout with Sonia in Mexico though, Jess isn't allowed to video chat until November. plus, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a strong Internet connection.

The first day I got here, I got the low down of what to expect from New Yorkers. By that definition, I do not fit into this lifestyle. But on the other hand, I wouldn't want to belong if that is who I was supposed to be. I can see how that advice would be true in a lot of situations here but luckily, so far, it hasn't applied.
My first day, I walked into the office that i call home the next four months and was pleasantly surprised, it's true that I haven't made any best friends nor would i call this the friendliest place in the world but I haven't had anything to complain about either.

By transcribing for the shows Raising House and Hotel Impossible, I've learned a lot of stuff that will be helpful in the future. Random information but helpful nonetheless.

Dave and I wandered around the city on Friday night, we kept running into famous places on accident. That was fun but it did make me realize, I could use some recommendations from veterans out there.

Yes, I admit I am a New York freshmen.
